Recently, KPMG, a global organization of independent services firms providing audit, tax and advisory services, officially released its second "Smart Manufacturing Technology 50" list, aiming to identify smart manufacturing enterprises that combine technological innovation capability with high growth potential. Leveraging its technical expertise and practical experience in laser manufacturing inspection and control, Diligine has gained notable industry recognition. Diligine' pre-welding control and in-welding monitoring systems are deployed for laser welding inspection on battery production lines for internationally top-tier 3C customers. Empowered by Laser Focus Sensor (LFS) and Welding Defect Detection (WDD), laser welding stations can achieve higher yields and more stable process performance.

Diligine has implemented multi-sensor joint monitoring and multi-data collaborative control, enabling the identification of over 30 types of production line process defects. This can potentially increase the yield rate to up to 99.7% and reduce the overkill rate by 50%.
