Coaxial Online Inspection
The Laser Focus Sensor (LFS) is a micron-level coaxial focus measurement instrument. It offers high measurement accuracy, a long measurement range, and real-time feedback, providing an effective solution for workstations with demanding requirements for welding focus stability. Furthermore, the LFS can be integrated with the Welding Defect Detection (WDD) to comprehensively ensure product quality and process stability.

The system performs simultaneous, independent monitoring of multiple welding zones. It can identify virtually any condition that affects the defocus distance deviation, enabling stable and rapid inspection.
It measures the height positions of two specified points and detects the height difference between them. Simultaneously, it monitors the overall height variation of the target object, achieving stable and rapid inspection.
